Assistant Deli Manager:As an Assistant Service Deli Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food preparation, and a smooth workflow. You will help lead a team and assist with managing staff schedules, training, and performance, while supporting inventory control and ensuring product quality and freshness. Your focus on food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations will be key to maintaining a top-tier service deli. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction will drive the department’s success and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Front-End Supervisor: The Front-End Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the front-end operations of the store, including cashiers, courtesy clerks, the customer service desk, and front-end scheduling. This individual ensures excellent customer service, accurate and efficient checkout experiences, and smooth daily operations at the store’s entry point.
Assistant Key Carrier/Closing Manager(s): The Assistant Manager / Key Holder plays a key role in supporting overall store operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience. During the day, this position may assist in opening the store, receiving deliveries, supporting the Grocery Manager with task delegation in center store, and offering hands-on help across all departments as needed. In the evenings, the Assistant Manager / Key Holder assumes responsibility for total store operations in the absence of the Store Director and other senior leadership. This includes overseeing departmental performance, ensuring completion of tasks assigned by department managers, maintaining high guest service standards, addressing concerns, and executing proper closing procedures — such as powering down equipment, securing the building, and locking the store for the night. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in grocery retail operations.
Assistant Store Director: Assistant Store Directors are responsible for supporting the overall operation and success of the store, including the implementation of company policies, budgets, and operating procedures alongside the Store Director. They help oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer service, manage inventory efficiently, and enforce company policies. This role involves supervising staff, managing departments, and contributing to the store’s overall success.
Staff Pharmacist: The Pharmacist is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, counseling guests on prescription and over-the-counter medications, and ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies. The Pharmacist plays a vital role in supporting the health and wellness of the community by providing exceptional service, upholding safety and accuracy, and contributing to a positive and professional pharmacy environment.
Pharmacy Manager: The Pharmacy Manager oversees the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional guest service. This role leads, trains, and supports the pharmacy team while also performing core pharmacist responsibilities, including prescription verification, medication dispensing, immunizations, and patient counseling. The Pharmacy Manager ensures adherence to state and federal regulations and supports the goals of Bella’s Market by promoting a positive work environment and delivering high-quality, community-focused care.
General Merchandise Manager: The General Merchandise Manager is responsible for leading the performance and presentation of the General Merchandise department at Bella’s Market. This role oversees a variety of non-food categories, such as seasonal goods, household products, health & beauty, and more. The manager ensures the department is well-stocked, rotated, clean, visually appealing, and meeting all sales and profitability goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Dairy/Frozen Supervisor: The Dairy Manager is responsible for the overall operation, organization, and performance of the Dairy Department. This includes supervising daily activities, maintaining fully stocked and appealing displays, ensuring product freshness, managing inventory, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards. The Dairy Manager leads by example, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and minimizing waste through accurate ordering and strategic merchandising.
Meat Manager: The Meat Manager is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and performance of the Meat Department. This includes ensuring the highest level of product quality, food safety, customer service, and department profitability. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in meat cutting, inventory control, and team management, along with a commitment to upholding the values and standards of Bella’s Market.
Produce Manager: The Produce Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring fresh, high-quality products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and maintained according to company standards. This role leads a team in delivering excellent guest service, managing inventory, controlling shrink, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. The Produce Manager also supports merchandising initiatives and plays a key role in achieving departmental sales and profitability goals.
Scanning Coordinator: At Bella’s Market, we take pride in integrity — including accurate pricing throughout the store, and that starts with our Scanning Department. As a team, you will oversee pricing storewide. From changing prices in the register system to printing, hanging, and validating shelf tags, your team plays a vital part in the store’s success. The Scanning Manager ensures all store pricing is accurate, signage reflects correct pricing, and the scanning team is well-trained and accurate in daily tasks. This role also involves meeting performance standards set by the Store Director and Scanning Director. The Scanning Manager is a critical part of our team and must comply with corporate pricing policies regarding vendors, departments, and procedures.
