You will help lead a team and assist with managing staff schedules, training, and performance, while supporting inventory control and ensuring product quality and freshness. Front-End Supervisor: The Front-End Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the front-end operations of the store, including cashiers, courtesy clerks, the customer service desk, and front-end scheduling. Scanning Coordinator: At Bella’s Market, we take pride in integrity — including accurate pricing throughout the store, and that starts with our Scanning Department. As a team, you will oversee pricing storewide. From changing prices in the register system to printing, hanging, and validating shelf tags, your team plays a vital part in the store’s success. The Scanning Manager ensures all store pricing is accurate, signage reflects correct pricing, and the scanning team is well-trained and accurate in daily tasks. This role also involves meeting performance standards set by the Store Director and Scanning Director. The Scanning Manager is a critical part of our team and must comply with corporate pricing policies regarding vendors, departments, and procedures.
